My only problem was a major one considering this is done for financial gain by the participant. The mileage tracking was always incorrect meaning my earnings per mile were consistently less than the mileage I actually travelled. Support would have you contact them each time this occurred which was always, daily. Very annoying and time consuming. I stopped bothering to notify them of this. The app did not calculate properly and was never corrected. The payments for swarms were accurate and well appreciated at a rate between $50.00 and $65.00 per hour. During this 4 month campaign I participated in about 7 of these high paying events.

We're sorry to hear about the issues you faced with mileage tracking. Your feedback is valuable - we're continuously working to improve our app for accurate calculations and strive to rectify payment issues when they do arise. Thank you for your participation in the campaign - especially the SWARMs! We hope you'll consider working with us again.

only two stars because they don't give importance if there is a problem with the car's paintwork after withholding the advertisement.

The app doesn't work 95% of the time. It doesn't log in my miles and everytime I uploaded a picture for weekly pop up, it won't uploaded. I didn't get paid all the miles I drove. It was very frustrating and all the team members always sa the same thing. Although they're friendly.

Thank you for your feedback and for your patience. I do see there was a slight delay in payment as there was a glitch with POP photos. We're constantly updating the app to enhance performance and address the issues promptly. We value your input and hope you'll give us another chance.

Very poor communication for getting car wrapped 1099 was sent extremely late and I had to wait to file my taxes
Response from WrapifyApr 29, 2024
We apologize once again for the inconvenience regarding the 1099. Despite Intuit's assurance of successful delivery, we later discovered otherwise and promptly addressed the issue. Your patience is greatly appreciated. Additionally, we want to express our gratitude for your patience during the wrap process. This campaign had an unusually quick onboarding to meet the deadline for the first SWARM. Thank you for your understanding. We enjoyed having you on this campaign an hope you will consider driving for us again in the future.

Nadie de la empresa se ha puesto en contacto conmigo para nada. Recuerdo que instalé la aplicación y estuvo funcionando 1 mes , pero siempre salía que estaba en modo prueba
