Thanks for the feedback Caleb. Looked into your case - it looks like your final payment of $202.32 was held as you delayed wrap removal. Removals began 11/20 and due to a delay on your part - your removal wasn't resolved until 4/20. Your final payment is now in process with our Finance team.

Your claim was denied based on the terms outlined in the signed driver agreement, which state that Wrapify is not liable for damage during wrap application or removal if the vehicle has pre-existing paint defects or has been repainted before. The presence of paint pull on the rear of the vehicle, coupled with two rear-end collisions documented in the Carfax report—one in 2018 under driver #2 and another in 2022 under driver #4—prompted the denial of this claim. Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. After a thorough review, the Carfax report showed prior collision damage. As noted in sections F and G of the Driver Agreement, vehicles with repainted or damaged areas are at higher risk for paint damage during wrap removal, for which we cannot be liable.
