WptangerineReviews of wptangerine.com

As a CIO, I have worked with WP Tangerine for at least 8 years across several companies and have counted on them to manage all our websites. They are responsive and their work is always professional. We will continue to do work with them and recommend their solution to others.

I recently hired WP Tangerine to help me in moving my site to a WordPress platform. I was looking for an experienced partner who could be there post the transition as I believe an updated website is essential to attract new clients. My Client Manager Carl has been there every day of this transition. We communicate via email and his response is always within days. He coordinates his team with my requests, and we make consistent progress. I’m looking forward to getting my new site launched shortly and then continuing the effort to make it better. I like the monthly subscription method since it had a lower initial cost than competitors and my intention is to keep making the site better. I wanted a partner I could reach out to at any time with any question. In addition, there is no contract period which impressed me. I readily recommend WP Tangerine to any website owner looking for an affordable partnership and not a one-off transaction.

WP Tangerine has exceeded every expectation regarding WordPress site maintenance and lightweight development support. Upon subscription, we were set up on our preferred PM system and immediately started sending in tasks. WP Tangerine's team responded professionally, politely, and promptly. Even last-minute requests have been handled without fuss, including during weekend hours. We highly recommend WP Tangerine to anyone looking to support their WordPress site for a competitive price.

I am Kim and I have been a client for approximately three years. I have been very pleased with the service that WP Tangerine has provided. They have maintained my website, and have responded to all requested tasks in a very timely manner. They have provided good communication and professionalism. I have confidence in WP Tangerine, and have appreciated the reasonable rates for their services. Kim Loovis Ward

WP Tangerine offers a cost-effective solution that allows me to outsource my website updates, saving me time and allowing me to work on areas that are more aligned with strategy. Their workflow seamlessly fits into my own project management software so I can track the requests the same way as any other member of the team. I would recommend WP Tangerine to anyone who knows what they want for their website but lacks the time needed to get everything done.

I am so glad that I found WP Tangerine! Although I have some basic WordPress skills, I don’t have the time it takes to keep my website in good working order or to make improvements. And sometimes, when I have a problem, I’m not sure where to turn for a solution. With WP Tangerine, they can do all those tedious tasks that take time away from my main job. The WP Tangerine team—working through a single point-person—also offers solid troubleshooting and problem solving. They regularly make suggestions for improving my site—and then, with my approval, go on to implement those suggestions. If I don’t like a suggestion, they help me find other alternatives. My only regret is that I did not start using WP Tangerine sooner!

I have had my website for 25 years. I’ve done all the work myself, and it has been exhausting and frustrating until WPTangerine. I have been using WPTangerine for several years, and I have not regretted it. It has taken the pressure off of me. Technical support, hosting, redesign, regular maintenance, and advice. WOW, what a bargain! I really haven’t found anything I couldn’t throw at them. Today was a great example. I had a significant problem with the site, emailed WPTangerine, then took a worry-free nap, knowing they would fix it. That’s worth every penny!

Trustworthy and dependable team. Working with them has been a breeze and requested work gets done.
