WptangerineReviews of wptangerine.com

We started a new project for developing a site on WordPress and WooCommerce with very specific design and functionality requirements. Our team already had in-depth knowledge in the e-commerce field, but we needed a partner to help realise our ambitious ideas. This team approached our project with great attention to detail. They not only met all our requirements but also proposed innovative solutions. This experience has shown us how important it is to have professionals who understand not only the technical aspects but also the business needs. We are impressed with the results and are glad we chose them for this important stage in our company's development.

I have had an online business for over 20 years, and managing the website side of the business has always been a challenge. Often, web development companies overstate their capabilities, take forever to complete even minor tasks, and I know I'm not alone in experiencing this frustration. In October 2023, I signed up with another company, but by May, they still hadn't finished the job. That's when I contacted WPTangerine, and it turned out to be the best decision I could have made. They took over the mess left by the previous company, handling numerous tasks and resolving issues with my live site. Initially, I used their VIP plan for two months, which included an assigned manager, Jez, who was fantastic. Now, I am on their Pro plan, and the transition was seamless. If you have a WordPress site and have been stuck with web development challenges, I highly recommend WPTangerine. I rarely give reviews, but I felt compelled to in this case because I appreciate their exceptional service. My site is up and running smoothly, with only one minor glitch that was fixed within minutes. No matter the plan, expecting perfection is unrealistic, but WPTangerine comes very close.

Great experience and would recommend to anyone looking for a Wordpress resource. Diana was especially helpful through every step of the process and work was done in a timely and well done manner.

I love working with WP Tangerine! They handle all my requests with grace and work diligently to execute them. Professional. Courteous. Helpful. Don't miss out!

I have been working on getting my website running better and the company has been helpful. The company has completed several requests for me, and I know I can always ask them questions. It can be big and little questions - from why Google isn't crawling some of my pages (and they will look into your specific website to find the answer and help you address the issues) to little things like what is the best font to use on my website. They have good customer service as they are always courteous and seem happy to help, which is very important to me as a customer. The company will provide you an update on their progress in response to your request or an explanation of what they completed when they are done.

They are helping me with my e-commerce. My online store looks way better than before this incredible group.

This was a great way to work out all the kinks of my website. I would provide a list of tasks and the team tackled them in a timely manner. They were even willing to help out with a bit of an emergency situation over a holiday weekend. I would highly recommend to anyone needing personalized help with their website!

I've been working with these guys for a year and received reliable quality service from them working on my clients' WordPress websites. They are an integral part of my web design agency now.
