Really horrible product and the customer service is so bad. Not looking to help their customers at all and making them pay for stuff they don’t even use. What a crap business model find something / anything else

Hi, The renewal charge was processed through the active subscription and billing agreement associated with your account. Prior to the renewal, our system automatically sent a renewal reminder email five days before the payment was processed. Our records confirm that this reminder email was successfully sent. As requested, we are also happy to disable future automatic renewals for this subscription, ensuring that no further renewal charges will be processed. Please let us know if you have any further questions. We are always happy to help.

I recently purchased the Subscriptions For WooCommerce Pro plugin and had several questions. I reached out to their team via WhatsApp, and the support I received was outstanding. You can tell they deeply care about their customers. They provided a truly personalized, patient, and dedicated experience. Excellent plugin and an amazing, hard-working team behind it. Highly recommended!
