WP SwingsReviews of wpswings.com

Purchased the Wallet Pro and Subscription Pro. Encountered difficulties with installation and use due to lack of technical expertise. Engaged in a chat with WPS Support and received continuous assistance throughout. The live chat representatives were attentive and quick to respond. Grateful to Gourabh for providing exceptional support and exhibiting patience. Overall, WPS delivers a great service!

The plugin is not working properly. Refused to make a refund. Not so good...

There was a small problem with moving the website, but with the help of chat support it was resolved in no time. Excellent customer service!

Great customer support had an issue and they fixed it same day very kind and responsive support.

Great customer service. Support was very fast and understanding.

This plugin has multiple names. Gift Cards For WooCommerce Pro is not a gift card plugin at all. It uses coupons within woocommerce. A gift card is like cash, so it's pre-tax. Tax would be applied to the purchase total, not the amount after the gift card was applied. A coupon works differently, it discounts the purchase total and decreases the taxable amount. This created several hours of wasted implementation and cost trying to resolve this issue when I'm finally told that it is a coupon and not a gift card system. I've requested a refund within my 30 day window that they state on their website but have received no refund as of yet but only the request of screen shots of the problems im experiencing when this has already been discussed with their support staff and confirmed that it is indeed a coupon system. As stated again and in response to their reply. They have ignored my request for a refund. The plugin is named Gift card pro, but it is not a gift card plugin, it is a coupon plugin.

I had an issue with the plugin not connecting to other plugins. It took a few attempts to resolve but eventually got there. The staff were very willing to assist.

Quick support! Thanks :)
