We purchased the subscriptions plugin in good faith and believed everything said on their sales page and documentation. However, when we installed, we discovered that WP Swings is not Stripe compliant as it does not have the Secure 3D socket required for UK compliance. After several attempts contacting support for a refund, we have still not received a response. We are being ignored. Ridiculous company. They should not be allowed anywhere near WordPress! Support pre and post sales is nothing short of pathetic. Total liars....be warned!

WP swings WooCommerce Subscription Pro doesn't work as adverstised and the support is lagging in urgency. The product neglected to finalize committed customers from pending payment to paid and ship. After nearly a month and lots of lost revenue the company finally admitted that there had been a conflict with PRO and WooCommerce which they fixed. Now all of my subcribers have to resubscribe. Needless to say many won't and it will be a huge feat to get any of them back. We also shipped product ahead of payment after being assured by support that the plugin would retroactively charge the customer. Support admitted that anything prior to Feb 23 will not be re submitted for payment...but "rest assured" to product is working fine now.

Installed the plugin and messed around with the settings, and as a result the refund button couldn’t appear. I wrote to them and was assisted by Priyanshi and the matter was resolved in 2 days, I think.

These guys are crooks. We bought their plugin, tried it for a day only to find out that it didn't deliver what we wre looking for, and they refuse to give our money back. It';s clear: tehse guys are not into servicing a loyal customer base, these guys are simply croosk stealing your money.
