Here's a fact. I've owned this software for 3 years and it's decent software but in that time the software has QUIT FUNCTIIONING several times. So you have to pay attention that it works all the time, and here's the thing, they intentionally make it stop function. If they see any change on your server, they shut down your plug in because they are greedy and want to overenforce you sharing it. They will try to divert attention from this review by saying I swore. I did, because this is the 4th time reaching out about this over the years and yet they still greedily shut down customer account just to be sure they aren't stolen from. Who care about legitimate customers right. I have over 30 other plugins I don't have this problem with anyone else.

Hello, We have checked and got to know that, the issue was only with the license, and our support team helped you also regarding same The proof of this is you are using the plugin successfully since more than three years, The scenario was you came on chat and our concerned member was just about to ask for the queries but you started giving abusive words more than ten times repeadely, in whole chat you were doing same This is not acceptable, in the online work, we can help and we do whatever we can but using these kind of words are not good in nay sense We have proof and chat transcript for same you did with our support, This does not seems to be cooperative in any means Regards,

We use the subscription plugin. Contrary to the advertising and documentation, the sale of bundled products is not compatible. Only the base price of a product is displayed, that is not "compatibility". Bundle items are not included in recurring orders in terms of number or price, which makes the plugin completely useless. In many other places, the advertised features are not nearly as functional as expected. Support then quickly tries to sell additional programming.

I've been using the Subscription for Woocommerce Pro plugin for over three years and have had multiple interactions with the technical team. Initially, I required an addon to make the plugin function with some of the complicated calculations utilized by my website. The WPSwings tech team created the addon and tested to ensure functionality to my satisfaction. For an additional cost, I was offered an option to purchase a policy to keep the addon updated as the standard plugin version changed. I've had to remind the tech team to make the addon update, but they've always done so, when needed. My nonstandard product cost calculations are based on customer input and adds extraordinary burden to the plugin upkeep. As plugin versions change, issues occur with customer payments shifting frequency, or charges not being applied. If I were using a more direct product cost method, I'm sure that the problems that I've experienced wouldn't have happened at all. In spite of the aforementioned concerns, I'm very satisfied with the WPSwings technical team as they've always been courteous, knowledgeable and resolved the problems.
