Terrible company bad experience
Terrible company. Wouldn’t refund me for a product unfit for purpose. Also won’t cancel my auto renew even though I am unable to login. Bad customer service. Just don’t use them ever. The company is unethical. You’re better off using something else.

We apologize for any frustration caused. All details regarding auto-renewals are outlined in our refund policy, and we send advance email reminders prior to any deduction. While our team was prepared to review your case for an exception, an active PayPal dispute has since been opened. Per PayPal guidelines, the case must now be handled directly through their resolution center.

The staff at WP Swings was extremely patient and helpful
The staff at WP Swings was extremely helpful in getting the Subscriptions for Woo Commerce plugin functioning on my site. I am not especially savvy when it comes to deep website work, the staff worked with me and I was able to get all the details sorted. Great plugin.
