Terrible Plugin – No Support, No Refunds – Avoid! The plugin was completely useless and caused major issues on our site. Their support team asked for admin login access but couldn’t resolve anything. We removed the plugin and requested a refund within 7 days of purchase, as per their policy. They ignored our refund request entirely. Even after contacting support again, we were told the refund was “noted” but never received any confirmation or follow-up. We’ve now had to escalate the issue and raise a payment dispute with our bank just to try and get our money back. Avoid this company – once you buy, you’re on your own. No real support, no willingness to resolve issues, and definitely no refund. Not worth the risk.

I am changing my opinion, I was satisfied with the customer support before purchase but having encountered a bug which was not resolved I requested a refund and no favorable response until now

I purchased the Points and Rewards for WooCommerce plugin from WP Swings based on their advertised 30-day money-back guarantee. On the same day of purchase, I realized the plugin was missing a critical feature (setting a minimum order amount before awarding points). I immediately requested a refund. Instead of honoring their guarantee, the vendor refused and tried to upsell me a paid customization. I provided all evidence, including their own emails where they confirmed the feature was not available. Despite this, they still denied the refund and I had to escalate the matter through PayPal. Unfortunately, PayPal’s buyer protection for digital goods is limited, so the case was closed against me even though the vendor clearly broke their own policy. This experience shows that WP Swings does not stand behind their refund policy and does not treat customers fairly. I strongly caution others to think twice before buying. Update after vendor’s reply (September 2025): The vendor claims they “had not denied my request and were reviewing it.” This is false. I requested the refund the same day of purchase, and they explicitly refused, offering only a paid customization instead. Their own emails confirm this. I am adding this update so that future customers can see both their public statements and my documented experience side by side.
