I have been using WPforms for about 2.5 years now. Recently, I've had a couple of issues that I had to contact support for. In both instances, support was very prompt and the fixes did the trick. I have quite a few forms using WPforms and will continue doing so. Support is very good and advice given was excellent! Keep up the good work!

WPForms is not only a kickass plugin (with tons of features to utilize & customize) but their support for Pro users is really top of the class. I've sent a number of inquiries for help / input on how to tailor WPForms to my needs, and I've always received a prompt, thorough and useful answer. They even sent me a T-shirt as a compliment to valued customer. I know the T-shirt is now beside the point, but I still wanted to mention it.

WPForms are excellent and it's easy to create quality forms, with little IT knowledge. After buying the basic Pro version (having already used free WPForms for a few years) technical support, when requested, responded very quickly (within an hour or so) and resolved a query I had, immediately.

WPForms makes it easy for both development team and website administrator to handle forms on their website. The visual editor is simple to understand and easy to scale. We also have a bunch of "under-the-hood" functionalities to bring the forms a step futher on the website with different integrations, etc. Everybody can handle something with free plugins but this one really bring value.
