WPFormsReviews of wpforms.com

My support agent Ralden could not have been more helpful. I was embarrassed by the number of questions I had and customisations I requested, but he was endlessly patient and his replies were full and clear. We are delighted with the results and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this plugin and its team. They seem to have thought of everything :)

I had some minor issues with a form and needed help adapting it using CSS and a shortcode. They assisted quickly and were very friendly—absolutely recommendable!"

Had a question with a complex integration. They recognised that it may be worth a new feature and also gave me a easy intermediate solution. Excellent customer service.

I had an excellent experience with WPForms support. I discovered a malfunction in the plugin and opened a support ticket. The developers quickly identified the issue and provided me with a patch, so my form was fully operational again even before the official release. WPForms Pro is worth every cent. It makes building forms — even complex ones — straightforward and reliable, and my clients are consistently happy with the results. Knowing that such a high-quality, responsive support team stands behind the product gives me real confidence when committing to my clients’ needs. This is exactly how a successful business relationship works for me. Love and respect from Göttingen!
