The response I received from support (when asking if there was a way to input unique serial numbers that would be assigned in order as forms were submitted) was not just a "no, we don't have that feature", it was a detailed account of other options for accomplishing what we needed to do. The support at WPForms is some of the best that I have experienced anywhere. Prompt, courteous, and always complete and in-depth responses.

The support service at WP Forms is exceptional. Not only is there a wealth of help via Facebook Page but when I went ahead and lodged a support ticket, I was able to organise an in-depth look at the back-end of our website where WP Support staff identified the conflict and I was able to have my web developer fix the issue without delay.

We created a form to collect client data. I was having trouble with the connection to Salesforce. I spoke to Nikhil in WPForms Support and he helped me go through the logs to see where my form was erroring. We were able to find the exact problem which were matching values in both WPForms and Salesforce. Once we fixed the values, the form worked flawlessly. Thank you.

I am a novice WordPress user at best and was struggling to figure our how to make forms. Finally happened upon WPForms and played around with the Lite version for a bit and moved on to the paid version. The form turned out beautifully with the exception of the input boxes where the font looked like Comic Sans and all smashed together. I contacted technical support and was given some CSS and directions on how to use it to change that from Prashant Rai. I cannot tell you how much that helped - the form works like a charm, my boss is thrilled, and I am learning more and more about CSS! Thanks again!

Amazingly fast feedback! First, I really like the simplicity of WPForms. I honestly don't know how it was off my radar for so many years, but I am thrilled to have found it. So much so that it is now on three of the sites I manage. But you know, with so many of these plugins, tech support can be rather sketchy. These guys have risen to hero status because they got back to me so incredibly fast. I can't express how appreciative I am for their attention to servicing my needs. 5-stars!
