Great support...on the spot

I let my subscription expire and couldn't update WPForms (WPF) on my website while I finished a related project. That project is almost complete and today an email came asking "are you still there?" I felt like Elliot hearing from E.T. Yes! I said. I am still here! And then I got another email reminding me to renew soon or my account would be deactivated. Fair enough. Dead weight, and all that sort of thing. I replied that I'd get right on it, (then didn't), and another email came with some articles, which I said I'd read post haste (but probably won't), and then a third email came with a discount offer. That got my attention enough that I went to the website and renewed (sans discount, because I don't believe in rewarding slackers like me.) I renewed because, in addition to writing marketing and customer service emails I love to read, WPF has created a product even someone as tech-challenged as I am can use easily and effectively, and that is no small thing in this complicated world.

Awesome support, great product its exactly what i needed, also nice updates on a regular base, worth 100% the money.

Was looking for help with the plugin and they gave clear instructions plus links to more detail if required. This program is great, makes my job so much easier.

WPForms is my favorite WordPress Plugin: Extremely useful, technically sophisticated and easy to use, the support is quick and excellent. I have been using WPForms for about 4 years on several websites. My questions to the support team have been answered allways quickly and competent. Recently I had a complex problem with the data base. The WPForms support team member investigated the problem on my site and a staging site he sat up and gave us detailed instructions with a comprehensive video just for us. Awsome and thank you!
