WPFormsReviews of wpforms.com

The WordPress plugin works as described out of the box with very little need for configuration. It is ready to use immediately and automates testing new forms or creating a new page to host the new form. The Basic License includes all the field types and ancillary facilities to augment any website with zero PHP or JavaScript code. This makes it ideal for a novice web designer. Yet, the product (still Basic License) is quite useful even for intermediate to advanced web developers who need a no code solution. And, then there are the much more advanced features offered in the higher level licenses. With the addition of a third party front end reporting plugin, WPForms is an ideal augmentation to WordPress.

I have been using Wp forms on my website. I found all features extremely user friendly. Apart from this, their support system is very quick and helpful. Thanks Wpforms for your cooperation.

Customer service is good and able to resolve the issue.

A serious problem was taken seriously by the WPForms - they spent a lot of time looking into what was the issue and went to what were some extraordinary lengths to try to solve the problem and implement a solutions. First rate support!

Prashant was a very pleasant and dedicated supporter. We were able to solve my problem quickly and I am very satisfied.

Being experienced at installing WordPress and plugins in general, I was confident to be able to install WPForm myself. However, a conflict between the plugin and another plugin specific to my Hosting provider was too much for me to fix. The team at WPfom quickly found the problem and fixed it for me... So many thanks!! Now the plugin works great and I am pleased with it!

Even though the answer to my question was out of the normal realm of support, Joao went out of the way to still help me get to an answer. I like how they gave me options for additional support if I still needed it. All of the information that was shared was so useful & helpful. I truly appreciate the help I get every time I work with WP Forms.
