Excellent experience start to finish
From start to finish the experience could not have been better. I had some specific presales questions about functionality and pricing levels for the functions I required and they were handled quickly, efficiently, and accurately and included all the details I needed. Installation and setup was hastle free, but where it really excelled were with the incredibly useful short and to the point tutorial videos on virtually every aspect of set up and features of the base sysem as well as the add ons I selected for use. More important for the long term use of wp-forms was finding, to my delight, how well thought out both the logic and implementation of complex functionality. Save and Resume, multi page support, and conditional logic for display/hiding of fields are so well thought out that they are a dream to use. The product is well thought out and full featured. Great value for money and operationally excellent.
