WPFormsReviews of wpforms.com

I have been using WP Forms and can't say enough nice things about both the software and the company behind it. The software lives up to my expectations, is easy to use and a breeze to install and configure. In the event you do have an issue, their support is available and willing to jump in and help resolve any issue.

We have a number of forms on our site with the output of each form handled differently. Some go to Google Sheets + email, one goes only to email, one stores data on the host. WPForms made this easy to accomplish. WPForms makes our site look so professional! It allowed us to customize the forms to match our site template, including adding helpful icons (customizable colors) in the forms. There was hardly a learning curve, since it is a drag and drop interface. If I don’t understand something, the document is very complete and easy to understand. When I was stuck, the Tech help was super helpful and so quick to respond. I could have called and gotten immediate help, but I used the contact form and my problem was fixed in just over an hour. The more I use WPForms, the more I appreciate all the work put into it, with its many bells and whistles! And the Tech Support can’t be beat!

In a nutshell... Ralden Souza understood what I wanted to be able to do and gave me the solution which worked exactly as I wanted it to. Many thanks

As someone deeply involved in digital strategy, I constantly seek tools that not only enhance efficiency but also simplify processes, ensuring that my team and I can focus on what we do best. One such tool that has significantly impacted our operations is WPForms, and I feel compelled to share my experience with this exceptional plugin. Our journey with WPForms recently included a specific need – the ability to selectively BCC recipients on emails generated by certain forms, a feature that is not as straightforward as it might seem. The WPForms support team, especially Ralden, stepped in to assist with a level of dedication and technical expertise that truly stood out. Ralden provided a custom code solution tailored to our requirements, which not only addressed our initial query but also demonstrated the flexibility and power of WPForms in handling complex, custom scenarios. What struck me the most was not just the solution provided but the manner in which it was delivered. The support team's responsiveness and willingness to go the extra mile, including offering detailed tutorials and recommending further resources for custom development, showcased an unparalleled commitment to customer satisfaction. This level of support is rare and invaluable, especially in the fast-paced digital world where the right support can make or break your workflow efficiency. Moreover, WPForms' feature-rich platform has revolutionised how we manage user interactions on client websites. The ease of integration, coupled with the robust support system, has significantly improved operational efficiency and user experience. In conclusion, my experience with WPForms has been nothing short of exceptional. From the nuanced understanding of our needs to the bespoke support and comprehensive functionalities, WPForms stands out as a critical tool in our digital strategy arsenal. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to enhance their digital operations, and I am grateful for the positive impact it has had on our projects. The biggest compliment I can give is sharing this review, hoping others can benefit from this outstanding tool and the excellent team behind it.

Excellent Technical Support. Nothing to small to rectify and was kept informed every step of the way. Can not find fault in the help that I received

Had some problems filtering out the number slider values in the notification email that were 0. I struggles making my own filter for a while, but eventually broke down and asked support. They replied in less than 2 hours and pointed me in the right direction with some example code. Very helpful and fast

The product has proved itself, once again, to be one of the most versatile WP plugins I use. Add to that the stellar support and you have the perfect blend. Special shout out to Eduardo who never gave up and provided me with exactly what I needed.

I had some issues with styling a form using CSS. Eduardo helped me achieve my desired styling in a timely and very courteous manner. Thanks you very much for a terrific result!
