Stellar Customer Support from Mike Kiprotu
Stellar Customer Support from Mike Kipruto. I was troubleshooting late in the a.m. here in Honolulu and in a mild panic (you know the feeling, right?) but Mike patiently worked through the issues as he took control of my Wordpress admin dashboard and installed the "Health Check & Troubleshooting" plugin to diagnose the problem on his side.

Quickly solved the issue.
Amjad was able to identify and resolve the issue I had which was caused by a setting in another plugin.

Excellent support
Excellent support! I had an issue with WP Forms, sent in a support request, I was guided through the process and they quickly found the problem and helped me solve it. I have to say that I was really impressed by how quickly they dealt with my questions and solved the problem.

Must have if you’ve got a Wordpress site
If you’ve got a Wordpress site this plugin is a must have. The free version is good, but you get so many features with the paid for version. The plugin is very user friendly, and also very customisable if you want to make your forms do niche things. The documentation is very good. The support team are excellent - they respond quickly, are in my experience have always been to happy to help with custom snippets to achieve specific functionality. Definitely worth the money.
