WPForms prompt support
WPForms support responses have been prompt. Always responding on the first weekday if the ticket was submitted at off hours. On occasion they gave a response during off hours. Their support people have understood my issues without having to explain it repeatedly after being upgraded to some higher support level like some other s/w vendors will do.
