I am new to building a website. I hired someone who worked on the site but offered a solution that was not: a google form that requires the costumer to use a gmail account. I opted for WPForms and did what I could but forgot a field “total” in paypal commerce or something along those lines and people came to me angry of course and within a day Jose with the staff of WP forms guided me through to fix it. We are a small nonprofit and cannot afford a programmer but WP forms is easy to follow I think. Thanks!

I had a problem with a WP contact form not sending emails, which as you can imagine is a big problem. I contacted WP Forms support who tried to fix it promptly and were very helpful. It turned out to be a corrupted Container in Elementor.
