Friendly, high quality, quick support
Got a follow-up in the same day. The first one was quite high-level, but after I gave more information, I immediately got the solution I needed. Was very surprised to also get a video of the solution attached which made it even more clear. Overall very friendly support as well! Surely, will make me use this plugin in the future for more projects.

I had a self inflicted issue
I had a self inflicted issue, and the team was really responsive, Joao was very professional and friendly throughout the whole troubleshooting process. I really recomend this plugin.

Both plugin and support are excellent!
Years ago I started to build a website, considering which form maker I choose. Among several plugins, i choosed WPForms and it is one of good decision a made. Even with free, now under basic plan, all works perfectly and support is excellent! For another website I am using only WPForms definitelly!

Best WordPress form plugin - Look no further!
I have been with WPForms since 2018 and it just keeps getting better! I love that they have easy payment forms, easy calculation forms and a huge library of templates that are ready to go. I use the payment forms a lot, and just started to use the calculated addons and their documentation is always easy to follow. Customer support is also great!
