We are mainly using the Cookie Plugin for 10 domains and recently had an issue with our sites not displaying correctly anymore. It was most likely caused by a theme or plugin-update causing the WPeka Cookie Plugin to fail. The support reaction was quick and before we needed to investigate more deeply the support desk already found the issue and a new version of the plugin was posted.

Stumbled on a few issues with the plugin which could have been environmental - we worked together to overcome them and WPeka sorted them out. A lot of other developers would have probably said tough luck... Good to see that they persist in overcoming any issues that present themselves

Service is top notch! Great variety of plugins for a reasonable club price. I would like to see the styling improved for all their plugins. They look dated. Someone below mentioned Canada compliance and I second that vote. Would be great if you could work CASL vs PIPEDA into your solutions. Thank you!

WPeka's tools are well designed and well thought through. Quite frankly, they just plain work the way they're supposed to. I've bought them on various deals over the years and I do appreciate the tools. (I haven't been so lucky with their customer service or with some of the sales policies from time to time, but I accept that I didn't read the fine print in enough detail and that although I disagree with the policies, it doesn't mean I didn't accept them and their conditions when I purchased it.) All in all, very good, stand-up tools, well designed and worth the money. Just know what you're buying and how long you're going to be allowed to use it for that price.

So far, using their plugins are going very well. Their apps are proved to be very useful. And the customer service is responsive within a timely manner.

Love that it covers GDPR and CA (CPPA) regulations and has room for private policy too. It's easy to use and I can create my own brand colours, so clients know it's me and not a 3rd party.
