Surveyfunnel support is an absolute disgrace... on initial install the product did not work...it took them 3 days to respond and the response was "what product are you referring to" 5 days later, they are telling me its my email is to blame. Terrible experience. I want a refund.

Cette entreprise en 2023 j'ai acheté une application sur ce site on est en 2024 et un prélèvement sans autorisation qui a été mis sur mon compte impossible de savoir pourquoi il me demande numéro de commande que j'ai pas passé de commande J'ai toujours pas été remboursé les 37 25A été pris sous mon compte sans savoir comment ils ont fait pour me facturer sans avoir acheté et ça ne va pas rester comme ça Je vais porter plainte sur le site de l'Union européenne pour signaler ce site desquels doigts qui vont faire des prélèvements sur mon compte sans que j'aie un abonnement ou quoi que ce soit

I have bought your plugins a few months ago and still can’t use them, I can’t even activate your plugin since I bought it, Plugins are only causing more issues on my website , conflicting with other plugins, and every time I wait for their support team they come back with no answer At the end they said you have to wait for plugin update to see your issue fixed Now I have to wait for nothing and they closed my ticket without fixing my issue or telling me what to expect next Why are you charging me subscription?????? To have an inactive plugin waiting for you to never come back and fix???????? Your plugins are a joke and your support team is a joke and you are all a joke. how can I trust you to run my business??

It has taken weeks and still no resolution of issues with the display of HTML5 banners which we use across multiple platforms - after providing test locations, reiterating our urgency, etc. We have moved several sites to a competitor and are now seriously looking at moving all of our sites away. If you rely on HTML5 (vs static) ads... I wouldn't suggest this product until they get their issues resolved.

Aún no ha pasado el tiempo para el nuevo pago anual y mi tienda me informa que la clave API que me proporcionaron no funciona. CARD DETAILS ARE LEAKED!! Stay away from this website! Either the owners are scammers and thieves, or their website is breached and payment card details are leaked straight into wrong hands. After I made an order for the Cookie Consent Pro subscription, not an hour later I started getting notices of payments made to Facebook that I had not authorized! Only because I had quick access to lock my payment card, I was able to stop them after only a few transfers, but the damage was already done. They're NOT USING SECURE PAYMENT GATEWAYS! Do NOT fill their payment card form!

We are really sorry to know about your Credit Card Leak. Our website https://club.wpeka.com is the only place where you can purchase this product from us. This website has two payment gateways which - Stripe and Paypal. Our website DOES NOT store the Customer's credit card details. We take customer privacy and data security very seriously and conduct frequent audits and checks to make sure there is no compromise of our systems. We have processed thousands of customer orders over the last 10 years and have never had any security breach of our credit card data (we don't store any credit card information at all on our servers). We would suggest you do a thorough check on the places where your card has been used in the last month or so. Sometimes, the usage of your compromised card data is done months after the compromise. Please reply to the email that you received when you made the purchase on our website, and report this concern so we can also further assist you.

WPeka would easily win a contest for the worst WordPress plugin company. After joining their monthly subscription plugin club and trying one of their plugins for over a month and a half, I had to remind their support team multiple times about unresolved technical issues. Even when they did respond, they failed to address the problem effectively. At one point, they claimed the issue was fixed and sent me a screenshot that clearly showed the plugin's failure, which I had to point out to them. It took another support team member to finally admit that the problem existed, as evident in their own screenshot. The situation became so dire that I offered them full access to an entire site to fix their plugin, only for them to ultimately concede that they couldn't resolve the issues. They refunded the last two months of my subscription, which was the same amount of time it took them to acknowledge the shortcomings of their WP LocalPlus plugin. Additionally, they offered one of their plugins as compensation for the trouble I went through, which I declined due to my apprehension about touching another one of their plugins, let alone going through the entire ordeal again.

I ordered a plugin from WPeka and couldn't download it. I assume it was a glitch in their website or something, which happens. I tried every single thing, and couldn't get it to download (I've managed web sites for many years, and I'm pretty tech savvy - I definitely exhausted everything). I wrote to them and got a reply with very basic instructions, which didn't work. I have since written to them several times and not gotten any response. It's been five days since I placed my order, 4 days since I heard from them, and I still haven't gotten the plugin. I needed it for a time sensitive project, so I'll look elsewhere for a different solution. I guess I'll have to write off the money I spent with them. I would advise everyone to stay far away from this company.
