It's "OK"
Seems like "OK" software. I received a license key, but no instructions on how to install it - that's kind of basic Customer Service stuff. Otherwise it looks like a decent piece of software.

I always try to contact wb cerber security to ask agency plan and nobody send the info. I know I have a free version but if they don't answer a simple email I can't imagine the paid service.

Seasoned Developer Approves
I have been developing WordPress sites for the past 14 years, during this time I have explored numerous options for securing projects from the malicious community - there are a lot of bad actors out there, so I was very pleased to implement WP Cerber Security, their free-of-charge plugin works superbly well, it doesn't nag you to 'go pro' like so many of the other options tend to do! I recommend this to any WordPress developers.
