Firewall Inspection Mode in Traffic Inspector has to be disabled, the main reason you would use WP Cerber stops genuine people uploading custom items stating "Attempt to upload malicious file denied Suspicious SQL code detected" When a user configures a product with custom text, images, or options, packages using complex data into a large string or dynamic files passes it via AJAX. WP Cerber incorrectly interprets this unusual, complex array of data as a malicious exploit (such as code injection or automated spam) and abruptly blocks the request. Exclude these locations from inspection by the firewall Excluding paths by matching requests from firewall inspection and Exclude requests with HTTP headers from inspection by the firewall does nothing. You can not get a RID to allow it due to a RID only being given when there is a full block. So with the Firewall Inspection Mode in Traffic Inspector having to be disabled it makes WP Cerber useless, support will not help and your requests will sit ignored in their support area. Also updates are few and far between.

There is a reason why this plugin is not on WP free repository.... a) there is no way to contact them to report a bug b) the only way is via "community forum", on there, I reported a severe bug and I have not been listened at all, despite we are an IT company and showed proof that that is a SEVERE BUG on very common circumstances (elementor theme + elementor drag and drop). This review doesn't reflect the plugin itself but the AWFUL TEAM and SUPPORT behind this plugin.

Emailed them multiple times over the last 2 years of using this plugin needing support and they never replied. They just take my money. The plugin is good but the lack of support makes me suspicious about how much this product does. I've emailed using their contact form and their email address and had nothing back.

I have been a satisfied WP Cerber user for almost 10 years. But since a year or so there have been so many bugs and security issues that we will have to migrate. The most recent mishap is that we discovered that WP Cerber after every update rejects and denys all comments on forms, even though the settings are different. Deactivating and reactivating the plugin without changing any setting solves the issue. Who knows how many customer inquiries we missed because of these stupid bugs. This is the last straw, we are dropping wpcerber.

The plugin was banned from wordpress for having very serious security flaws. Just check wordfence vulnerabilities cerber page

You have to wait weeks till their support answer you. It is blocked anyone from login to the website.!! if there's less than 1 star I would give it to them.

I always try to contact wb cerber security to ask agency plan and nobody send the info. I know I have a free version but if they don't answer a simple email I can't imagine the paid service.
