My dog chewed the toys within a half hour. I have been trying to get a refund since January. No response to my emails to customer service. This company is clearly a rip off.

I received 2 toys for aggressive chewers which were taken apart within a few minutes. I contacted the company and only been offered replacements for which I have had to pay for shipment. My dogs are a miniature poodle and 4 month old toy puppy. Had to get the squeaker, stuffing and fur out of her mouth. They are actually dangerous and definitely not fit for purpose. If the replacements are just as bad I will insist on a full refund. A complete waste of money and online description totally wrong. We have been misled

Terrible service. The "indestructible" toy was destroyed within half an hour by my puppy. The so called over $200 surprise gift for $17 was a small toy that lasted all of 5 minutes! Don't buy from this company!

Garbage. The parrot lasted a whole 3 minutes

I ordered dog decanter for Fathers day. They never came. Recieved a tracking # WNBAA0360507696YQ but can't find a carrier it's with. Customer support phone # goes directly to voicemail like it's someone's personal cell phone. Sent 3 emails to customer support. Haven't responded. Now I have to go thru my credit card company for fraudulent charges.

Never received an order!!! No contact from the company!

If there was a possibility of putting zero stars on a review, this would be it. I ordered 2 toys in November of 2024. In January of 2025 I started sending emails amd even tried calling, multiple times. At the beginning of May, I received an email apologizing that the order had been lost and they would replace them. In the middle of May, I asked if there was a tracking number as I still hadn't received an email with one. Again, I received an email apologizing that our dogs had chewed the toys apart......I never received the toys to begin with?! Great company, if you don't want to receive their product after paying for it!

Purchased these toys for "strong chewer" and relaxing toy. Absolute rubbish. My dog had it for 2 days and already had the stuffing out and bits chewed off. The top with the "relaxing" sound is just the usual high pitched squeak. No response from company at all. STEAR CLEAR.
