I can’t believe I didn’t do more research before ordering! Nearly 14 days and only an order confirmation has been received, but my credit card was charged right away. Unanswered emails were sent days 8, 10, and the 12 day I contacted my credit card company for a refund. What a scam. I’m ashamed I fell for the ads on Facebook.

Never received order ghosted us. My guess with as bad of reviews as they have this was a SCAM all along.

Ordered two Jack Daniels bulldog bottles for £22 each. I actually had to laugh when I opened them. Terrible quality, bears absolutely no resemblance to the picture in the advert and looks more like a pug. Also the bottles would hold a glass of JD at most, VERY small.

This company is a fraud! They don’t answer their phones or call you back or respond to your emails. I placed an order and then read the reviews and immediately canceled my order and they have yet to respond and it has been over a week. I’m pretty sure I’m out the $42 I spent. Do not order from them.

The chewanimal claims to be for heavy chewers. My dog ripped it open in 2 days. The company claims they will replace the item if ripped or torn. I contacted customer support and the responded with: We have two options available for you: Option 1: You can get a free replacement for the toys, but there will be an $7.99 shipping fee. Option 2: You can shop for any other products in our store, and as long as your purchase totals $39 or more, we'll waive the shipping fee, and we'll include the replacement toy in your order.

I wish I would of read the reviews before making a purchase. How this business is still operating with reviews like that I'll never understand.

Like almost all other reviews, I have had a terrible experience with Wow Pet Smart. I have a friend you is a Bulldog breeder and Jack Daniels fan. Ordered and paid for the bottle as a novelty. I was not expecting any kind of good quality but I cannot judge even that as I have not received anything other than a tracking number. Worst is, my wife warned me........... Terrible experience.
