We only received half of the order of 4 chew toys ($75.69 total). These were all chew animals for strong chewers. Of the 2 that did show up, our 7# yorkie chewed through both of them in the first 30 minutes after they arrived. I emailed customer support several times requesting a refund for the entire order. After almost 3 months, no response. I have tried their phone number on their customer support page and it is always just a busy signal. I tried to dispute via my credit card company but Wow just sent them the delivery notice and said the order was fulfilled. This is a total crap company with ZERO customer support and pitiful product quality. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM -- IT'S A WASTE OF YOUR MONEY AND TIME. Need to be refunded for the 2 items that did not show up at all and need to refund the cheap chew toys that cannot last even 1 day.

I ordered from them back on Aug 8 have not received my toys . My tracking keeps telling me the package is trapped in Jamaica Bay N.Y Fast tracking facility....SCAM big time....sorry i wasted my money to. Avoid them !

I wish I looked for these reviews before buying. They are indestructible toys that I paid $60 for lasted five minutes. I have had dollar store toys last weeks longer. Do not buy they do not honour their policy they offer a replacement but you have to pay the shipping, I contacted them eight times wanting a refund and they keep sending me the same copied response with links to other toys that if I buy $30 worth they will send me an extra toy free . I keep telling them I want a refund and I have gotten nowhere with it. They are a scam company do not buy.

Spent nearly €32 on two toys a month ago which failed to arrive. Tracking number given does not seem to exist. Emailed company and have received no reply. As others have said, I wish I had read the reviews before hand and would not have wasted my money on what is now obviously a complete sham

I just wish i had read the reviews here before wasting my money! Do not buy from here, you can get the exact same toys from Temu at a fraction of the price and they last longer! No response from customer service after 6 emails and 3 weeks later!

Bought the indestructible toys for my dog. She destroyed both of them within a couple of hours. Contacted company for a replacement (they offer a free replacement if it does get destroyed as they are “so certain” of their inability to be broken) and have not heard a peep from them. Been over a week with multiple emails sent and no response. SCAM COMPANY DO NOT BUY. I will be reporting to trading standards and the financial ombudsman.

AVOID! This is a scam Company who sell terrible cheap products that my dog destroyed in seconds. They have no intention of replacing it (every email comes straight back with an automated response suggesting you spend more money!!) and they didn’t give me the buy one get one free either .. so I didn’t receive two toys that I should have, and they were destroyed in 10 minutes

I wish I could give zero stars, I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered, after waiting weeks for my order to come the quality of these “indestructible toys” are terrible, my miniature daschund destroyed both within 10 minutes had all the stuffing out, like previous reviewers said I have emailed them asking for my replacement but hold out no hopes whatsoever, these companies should be banned for false advertising, please for your own sake do not buy from this website.
