DO NOT RECOMMEND. Toys are 100% destructible and zero customer service! Both toys were destroyed in the first day. I’ve emailed 5 times since June 12th requesting replacements with zero response and left comments on social media posts. I see responses to other comments but not one response to mine. While they are not indestructible, my dogs love them. I would like my lifetime replacement as promised “if they rip it, we replace it!” so I will be making a BBB complaint next.

Waist of money and non existent customer service. I bought two of these “indestructible” toys for my puppy and within hours he had chewed an ear off the octopus and tusk of an elephant. I wrote to the customer service team over a week ago and had no response! Would not recommend spending any money here.

My dog destroyed this toy within minutes. It was advertised as indestructable. I reached out to customer service 3x and heard nothing. It was a complete waste of money.

Do not waste your money. I received the first shipment and within minutes the monkey lost an arm. Contacted customer support and they offered to send a replacement as long as I paid for shipping or ordered additional items for free shipping. Ordered the replacement item plus one additional item to get the free shipping - Both Items arrived And were damaged within minutes. Such a total disappointment…. I believe this is a scam.

Only rated one star because I couldn’t go any lower. These toys are not for strong/power chewers. Toys only lasted a couple of hours with my dog before she ripped them to shreds.

These toys are total garbage. Received ours and within 20 minutes they were both destroyed. I emailed customer service for the supposed "lifetime replacement" and so far I've heard nothing. Based on the reviews that I've seen here, I'm not expecting a response now. That's $33 down the drain, DO NOT purchase from this company!

Would do ZERO stars if that is a choice Absolute garbage Destroyed in 30 seconds and customer service does NOT answer phone or email Replacement cost 7.99 in shipping and why would I want to spend more money. Scammed for $33 - my bad Don’t ever buy anything from these theives

Chew toy lasted 10 Minutes Purchased from an ad on Facebook they guaranteed a replacement if the toy was chewed! My fault, I didn’t read the reviews, I paid through PayPal and tried to get a refund, of course they did not respond. Learned my lesson. It’s a different world, you can’t trust anybody’s word anymore, sad.
