Quality of product doesn't (at all) match the description/images online. When wanting to return the item I first had to send an email. But this is already two weeks ago and still no response.

Absolutely rubbish do not buy it’s a scam paid £28 for a frenchie whiskey bottle led to believe there was whisky in it’s empty just a con buyer beware

After nearly three weeks of waiting for the shipping, finally got the "wolf" chewanimal...my dog only needed 10 minutes to rip it and empty all the filling... This company and ists products are a big lie!

My 9 pound mini poodle destroyed these in 2 days. Sent pictures to wowpet, received no response. Save your money.

Takes 3 weeks for delivery. Dog whiskey bottles are about 5 inches tall. They are sold by Temu for a fraction of the cost. No response from customer service. Ships by UniUni.

Ordered their dog toys and within my dog had destroyed it. Tried to contact the company, leaving multiple phone messages and e-mails to customer service with no results. Very poor company and I would recommend that no one orders from them they; as, are a scam.

I have just received two bottles resembling a bulldog, which were advertised in a manner that led me to believe that they were filled with Jack Daniel's Tennesse whiskey. They weren't. The parcel they were delivered in was very poor, especially considering that they contained glass, and one of the two dogs had a broken leg and ear. I have emailed a complaint requesting postage details etc. but I am now thinking, having read the reports about this company on TrustPilot, that they will probably ghost me and never reply. I intend, however, to pursue them whatever it takes, as I feel that I have been conned, having been sold something that is way overcharged for the quality it is.
