How on earth is this company still trading? I really wish I had read the reviews before purchasing, tried to cancel the order within the 24 hour timeline on their website, but of course have had no reply from my 3 emails I sent. Can't say Im looking forward to receiving these destructible dog toys!!

Never got merchandise charged for

Bought two ‘indistructable’ (their words in advert) dog toys for £27. Received cheap soft toys worth £2.99 that didn’t last three hours. I expected robust toys. They offer replacement if damaged but you have to pay a further $7.99 for shipping. Why would I want to pay more money for shoddy goods? They don’t accept returns unless in same condition so have to be unused. Clearly a scam. Get you to part with your money, then offer replacement poor quality item costing more money and won’t accept returns. They only have an automated email response and ignore other emails. No address on website - no return address.

Absolutely do not purchase anything from this company. Product is no better than some at the dollar store... my Aussie destroyed two of their 'guaranteed indestructible' toys within seconds. Company ghosts you when you try to get them to honor their 'guarantee.' AND, they delete all negative reviews from their site and plant with all 5 star reviews. Your review, if it isn't 5 stars, is tossed in their computer sifting program. This company is making millions off of chinese products and lying to their potential customers while doing so. Should not be allowed to do business in the U.S.

Can I give less than 1 star. WORST company. Bought 4 for the 3 dogs. Gave the first one to the dog and within 5 minutes, he had the hair in his mouth and the tail was torn. They offered me to pay shipping to get new toys. NO THANKS. I won't risk my dog playing with the toy and it coming apart and swalling the inside piece. They keep sending me the exact same email, they do not ever answer me. I finally had to file a dispute with my credit card company to get the money back. The product is really bad and they have no customer service at all.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This place should be shut down. The product does not do what it says nor do customer service respond to you or issue the replacements. Expensive product and in this case you do not get what you pay for. AVOID

I ordered two a wolf and an octopus and paid $33.85. The sale was buy 1 get one free etc. so I bought 2 expecting 2. When they arrived on 8/16 I only received the 2 I paid for. I contacted both the shipper and the store. I received 1 email with a ticket # 2838143 saying they would research my claim. I have not received any further emails from customer service. I even emailed them pictures of the shipping bag with the size and the two animals so they could see 4 animals would not fit in the small bag. I’ve sent many emails with no response. I am very disappointed in this company. Catherine Kramer

Oh my gosh usually I’m so careful about buying things online. Big bad Bummer. These guys don’t answer their emails or phone calls. Somehow these guys need to be expunged from advertising. Bad bad
