Toys ripped apart immediately and ended up in the pet er from dog swallowing a piece

I also was taken by this company! I feel like an idiot falling for it! I know better to not order from a strange company! I ordered 2 toys for my doggie the Wolf and the Frog! My dog had one leg torn off the wolf in less than 5 minutes, she totally destroyed it by early evening! I sent pictures and 2 emails to them and no response! Tried to call them receive a busy signal! They are crooked don’t buy from them!!

Wouldn’t even give 1 star and wish I had checked here before ordering!! Absolute rubbish, ‘indestructible’ dog toy ripped apart in less than 5 minutes and countless attempts to contact customer services and nothing!!

Do not buy from this company. They say their products are indestructible, but they only last about a week with my puppy! The delivery also took a very long time. I paid for an express service, but they failed to do this. I contacted their customer service several times about this but I received no reply. I also tried to make contact on their Instagram account but again I received no reply. They are a fraudulent company in my eyes and they should be shut down. I wish I had read the reviews on this company before I made a purchase.

Do NOT buy from this company. My puppy destroyed both toys with in 15 mins of getting them. They are not indestructible! I have contacted the company twice with no reply.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY This is a huge scam. I bought 2 of these "indestructible" toys. It took my dog 5 minutes to destroy one & my other dog had the other one ripped apart in about 10 minutes. The companies solution, spend $8 on shipping for a replacement or $30 for a stronger toy & they would wave the shipping & send a replacement. So either way you are spending more money for toys that don't last. I tried contacting the Better Business Bourgh but that didn't work because they need an address which I can't find & they company won't provide. I have gotten the same generic auto generated email every time I try to contact them. This company needs put out of business!

For heavy chewers??? I think not. My puppy had it less than 10 minutes before ripping it apart. Contacted customer service but it seems there’s only a generic automated response email. The options are pay £8 for shipping of promised, ‘replacement if ripped’ toy or place a new order in excess of £30 and then shipping will be free. This toy is not as advertised and the company’s promise is not adhered to either. I’d understand if he’d had it a while and then it was destroyed, that’s not unusual for my pup, but for it to take longer to be delivered than for him to tear it open is not acceptable. I certainly will not be giving them further custom.

DO NOT BUY THESE!!!! Indestructible toys were destroyed in 5 minutes. Absolute waste of money.
