I am sorry for not reading reviews
I am sorry for not reading the reviews... I haven't even gotten what I ordered. Phone does not work, customer does not respond to emails. I have sent at least 3. Just wasted my money.

The product did not hold up well
The product did not hold up well, and the company has ignored my requests for them to honor their guarantee. Non-existent customer service. Terrible company

Complete scam
Complete scam. My dog destroyed toy in under 5 minutes. Customer service phone number does not work. Website says parent company is PetSmart. Contacted local store and was told “not true”! Beware! Don’t waste your money!

Do not buy if durability is needed
My dog tore it up the day he got it, and it did not last any longer than a $1 thrift store stuffed animal. I contacted seller for the replacement “guarantee” and was told I could get it replaced for $7.99 shipping (half the price of a new one) or spend $30 in buying more and having it shipped with those toys. Seems like throwing good money after bad.

Gave my dog the elephant on Saturday
Gave my dog the elephant on Saturday, ear and tail ripped off and swallowed by Monday. One expensive visit to the vets later!!! Sent an email complaining and demanding my money back but didn't even get an acknowledgement. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. You have been warned!!!

Do Not Buy from WOW petsmart
My wife ordered some of their "industructable dog toys" The first one was in peices in about 5 min. 4 of the 6 recieved dead in less than a week. They also offeried a buy 6 get 6 free, didn't happen on got the 6. Tried to leave a review on their web site, wasn't ever published. But surprisingly my inbox was FLOODED with spam later that evening. I wonder where it could have come from?? Also no relationship to Petsmart!

Terrible Company
Cheap items, dog destroyed them in minutes, do not order from this company, customer service is nonexistent. Don't waste your money!!

Our dog destroyed this in 4 minutes! Absolutely not fit for purpose so actually the advertising claims contravenes the Trades Description Act. Three emails later absolutely no acknowledgement to my request for a refund. No point in sending me a replacement.
