This has been an absolute nightmare. Not only did my order take an unreasonable amount of time to arrive, but customer service has been completely unresponsive despite multiple attempts to reach out. To make matters worse, both toys I purchased fell apart in less than 5 minutes—this is beyond unacceptable. It's clear this company is running a scam with terrible marketing and even worse products. Do yourself a favor and avoid their website entirely. I can't understand why PayPal continues to do business with a company that is tarnishing their reputation. I'm incredibly disappointed, and I will be warning the community on local Labrador Facebook groups to prevent others from making the same mistake.

If I could give zero stars, and still write the review, I would. The toys are not indestructible as advertised, it lasted minutes with my lab before the back seam gave up the ghost and tore, exposing the stuffing. After contacting both customer services and support at wowpetsmart they offered a free replacement (which is in their sales patter) but I have to pay postage or buy another more expensive & more indestructible toy - no thank you as I have no confidence either would last. Anyone else in the same boat should try a chargeback claim with whoever you paid them through - I did and after supplying written and photographic evidence got my money back through the bank.

Claim they have indestructible stuffy toys for tough chewing dogs, in less than 15 minutes our dog had a whole and took out the stuffing, she was even supervised with the stuffy. These toys were guaranteed with no response from emails and phone# is out of service, do not shop with them.

They advertised their dog toys as indestructible. Ordered 3 of them. My 12 lb. mini dachshund had the first one destroyed in exactly 12 minutes. The other two in same amount of time each.

Website a complete scam. I wish more could be done about these websites. I never even got my order and the phone number is invalid. Luckily, I used PayPal so that I can receive my money back. I cannot, however, receive my time wasted back.

My dog tore it up the day he got it in less than 10 mins!! I emailed them 4 times across a month with no reply. The phone number doesn’t work! i finally got an email today and for the replacement “guarantee” and was told I could get it replaced for £7.99 shipping (half the price of a new one) or spend £30 buying anything from their website and they will send my replacement for free. I feel lied to, scammed and wouldn’t say the quality is any better than a £3 one from home bargains. Avoid this company!

Do not waste your money! We got two toys for our labradoodle. He chewed through both within a day or two. These toys are completely destructible, unlike what they promise. And customer services ignore any emails you send them (not that there’s any point in them sending a replacement toy as they promise). A complete rip-off. Save your money and buy a properly robust toy from somewhere like Kong.

This product lasted all of 3 weeks and was torn at the seam by a 6.5 pound PUPPY. Customer service is non-existent as they ignore any e-mails you send regarding damage of their indestructible’ product. Spend your money elsewhere.
