Just to add to the other reviews warning people not to fall for this scam. I received the toys this morning and the dogs destroyed them by lunchtime. I emailed to see if they would honour the free replacement promise. The firm has just emailed back offering a 'free' replacement if I pay postage of about £8.

I bought the donkey and the pig. Gave donkey to my 16 week old Jack Russell for first time today and within 5 minutes he'd chewed the rope and pulled it off the body. False advertising.

Run as fast as you can from this company!!! They sell S**T products. First it took about 2 weeks to get what I ordered. Second the dogs (Lab & Boston Terrier) ripped the toys apart in less than 1 hour. My bad cause I didn't do my homework. They take your money with a false pretense that you can get them replaced. THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN !!!!

I had the exact same experience as Elyn Low’s review below, so please do not be conned into buying products from this company. False claims and no replies to emails. Disgraceful.

Do not fall for the advertisement “IF THEY RIP IT, WE REPLACE IT”. The Chewanimal, supposedly designed for strong chewers, is not durable at all. One arm of the elephant was ripped off in less than 5 minutes! I emailed them to request for a replacement, but there has been no response. I paid SGD45 for two, but you can easily find it on Lazada for just SGD6.50 for one. Please do not fall for this dishonest seller.

I too fell for the hype. I always read views for companies advertising on Facebook as generally don't trust them. I mean, why else would they advertise there. Anyway got my tracking number ( evri) about 5-6 days later. However it was 3 numbers short and didn't look like Evri. They didn't reply to my email for correct tracking. That's when I started reading the reviews here. I then discovered that the " indestructible " dog toys are on temu for under £7 as well as eBay, amazon etc. I read that paypal were reviewing wowpetsmart so contacted them. AVOID this company at all costs. They are giving misleading descriptions,prices, ( let's face it, if they are available on temu they are not going to be great quality) phone number doesn't work and they don't reply to emails.

The dog toys are advertised as tough....a standard stuffed animal would hold up better. My dog had a piece of fabric ripped off and started pulling out the stuffing after about 7 minutes. Do not buy! Should have read reviews prior to spending any money on this product! Beware. Not worth it!
