The indestructible chew toy lasted a whole seven minutes before he was ripping out the guts to get to the squeaker. After seeing the other reviews I'm just cutting my losses and not t even trying to get a replacement.

Never got my order total scam. Wish I’d read the reviews first. Customer services didn't answer my emails. Disappointed!

I purchased the purple hippo & the yellow duck . My puppy has destroyed both & Im unable to connect with anyone to help me get them replace. So upsetting!

I have had the same experience as everyone else. I bought two toys "designed for strong chewers" and gave one to each of my two collies. The elephant had a leg pulled off it in under five minutes. The stitching on both toys came apart and the dogs pulled all the stuffing out in less than an hour. I have emailed the company but have not yet received a reply. Having now read the other reviews here, I am not expecting to get a response.

DO NOT BUY They claim free replacements but will make you pay shipping and the toys last 30 seconds Absolutely terrible service they should be shut down

‘Indestructible’ toy destroyed in less than 5 minutes. Of course, as previous reviews, no rely to emails. Husband didn’t think to check TP for reviews so that’s £7 down the drain. Not a lot in the scheme of things but just think how those small amounts add up. Reported to Trading Standards

This is a scam! Please please do not waste your money! All forms of communication have gone unanswered and they remove all negative comments on their social media. They are making money dishonestly. I cannot understand how they’re being allowed to trade with such an alarming amount of negative reviews. This is not how business should be done Wowpetsmart it won’t be long before consumers realise what you’re doing and boycott your business remember It takes years to build a good reputation and only minutes to lose it!
