I am loathe to even provide 1 star! Shameful advertisement in stating toys are tough and will last. My dog is small and ripped the toy apart in less than 10 min. Every review I've read is the same, how can this company still be in business. The phone number provided is no longer in service, so you can't return for a refund and emails to info and/ or customer service and not answered. Do not waste your money with this company.

I paid for something, and they never shipped or responded to messages

Scam company. No response to any communications. Order was cancelled but no refund yet. Fortunately only for a small amount. Avoid these people at all costs.

Utter piece of crap of a toy - I’ve had ones from b&m last longer! No response to emails, Facebook, you name it I’ve tried every contact method I could find and no response for a refund or their so called invincible guarantee! Dishonest, and the products are poor! Avoid!

I bought 2 toys for ‘heavy-duty’ chewers and both were destroyed by my mini golden doodle in less than an hour. Their replacement guarantee is a joke. You still need to pay for shipping and they want to replace it with a completely different toy that is not the same product as originally ordered. This is not an honest company.

Toy was destroyed in less than 12 hours. The replacement policy is a joke, you must pay $8.00 shipping to receive an alternate toy, probably much less than the cost of shipping plus the junk toy they'll send you. Wish I had read these reviews before placing my order. AVOID.

This is the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. I purchased two of their toys for dogs who are strong chewers. It said on the site that they would replace any dog toy that was damaged. They will, if you send them more money for their worthless toys. I wrote to them to try to get the money back and return the toys. No luck without paying them almost what the toys are worth. They offered to send a new one if I purchased another set of toys. I would not recommend this company to anyone, and the toys are just normal toys that can be destroyed in 3 minutes (they were by my tiny dog.) I'm writing this because I don't want anyone else to go through this.

First of all, it took several weeks for my toys to arrive. I received them today, and I gave one of the toys to my dog. In just over an hour, he had the stuffing and squeaker out. I wish I would have read the reviews before I bought these. Not indestructible at all!!!!
