I ordered dog stuff and it’s been 3 weeks with no confirmation of shipment. I’ve tried to email multiple times and called but no one response. It’s like no one even works there . Need to go through my bank to claim fraudulent activity

I'm so disappointed at purchasing 3 dog toys from Wowpetsmart, being listed as indestructible, and they were torn to pieces within 5 minutes. That's $50 down the drain!

This company is a SCAM! Ordered 4 small, supposedly indestructible dog toys designed for "Strong Chewers"! We tried to cancel the order within the 24 hour period of placing the order, but could not contact them either by their listed phone number or both emails. Sent more emails within the following 2 weeks, nothing but crickets! Finally received the order, opened and put them right back in the plastic bag they arrived in, absolute junk, better off buying toys from the Dollar Store! Send another email saying we want our money back, again, no replies! Now going through our Credit Card company to file a dispute with this company to try to get our money back and return this garbage they call dog toys!

Ripped in under 10 minutes. I had to pull the arm from the elephant out of my dogs throat!!! Very disappointed in these toys.

If I could give them zero stars I would. They supposedly had lifetime guarantee on one ad which I fell for. The toy that was in the video was 5 times the size of what ai received and my dog tore it up on 10 mins. Not indestructible by any stretch of the imagination. Their idea of a refund was to pay $7.99 shipping to ship it back in the package it was received in and unused. OR buy $39.99 in more unusable toys and they would wave the shipping. I disputed with my credit card company, am hoping that works.

Toys get torn up easily. They sre not in̈destructable. They are cut toys but dogs can destroy them right away ¡!

ordered a bulldog advent calender (35€!!) that was supposed to have beautiful figures in it but came with cheap ugly plastic plates that had nothing in common with the pictures at the homepage. what a scam!

I placed an order in November 16th and have yet to receive the order. Left NUMEROUS voicemails and sent the same in emails and nothing. Their website state they are available for 8 to 6, I’ve yet to get to a real person. Instead the message is: ‘the Google subscriber is not available I’ll be contacting my bank tomorrow to dispute the charge
