I never received my order or any information from the company other than the original email after they took my money . I highly recommend never ordering anything from this company .

If I could give a zero rating I would. Got the toys on in today that I ordered for my dog and it took them all of two minutes to destroy one of them. Very poorly made should’ve read the reviews before I ordered them. Saw them on Facebook. Of course you know ha ha ha if it’s on Facebook, it’s true. Don’t buy it. Don’t even think about buying it, don’t even refer it to anybody to buy it. Piece of junk.

Ordered the comfort ducks (4) early Dec. No response from customer service on non delivery 4 times…. wish I had checked trust pilot before ordering because the complaints are common. Filed a dispute with my credit card. No way to get updated tracking. Just got the package on dec 30, and they are pretty junky. AND they HAVE NO contents label and because of this negative experience I have no confidence now they are safe for the dogs.

Purchased duck for my dog stated it was suitable for tough chewers, gave on Christmas day, and lasted less than 2 minutes. Can not contact company. Cost £34 @wowpetsmart. Huge waste of money and extremely bad quality. Never use this company or you will be throwing away your money.

If I could give NO stars I would. I saw these items on Amazon but due to past experiences I ordered directly from the company -- first mistake. .. then finally got the order and it took my dog about 15 mins to destroy an "indestructible" toy

I purchased 4 and my 5 month old 26 pound puppy had them torn within 24 hours was told to replace would cost $7.99 each or would need to spend $35 in new order still have not received the mystery box I ordered would not recommend these for anyone given them a 1 star is being kind

On 12/14, I ordered some dog toys for my pup's second birthday. The tracking information they provided (without a shipping company name) indicates that my toys were delivered on December 19, 2025. The package is nowhere to be found. I emailed customer support on December 19, 2025. No answer. Called them at the customer service number listed on the receipt. "The Google Customer is not available." I found them on a Facebook ad. Norton blocks their website, saying it could be a fake e-store.

Zero stars. This company is a scam. Placed order several weeks ago. No products received. Phone is non-working google phone and no response to email. If they tell you your order is on the way, it's not. When you click on delivery status, it takes you back to their website. Stay away from this company!!!
