Stuffed animal does not live up to advertised expectations and durability. Return policy is a joke - you basically need to return in like new condition, but my dog destroyed it in a matter of hours. They will not respond to requests for refund, and good luck finding a place to leave a review.

Only had elephant an hour before one leg was torn off and today the other is shredded. Dog lives it but not indestructive.

Purchased 2 indestructible pet toys, they were destroyed with two hours, emailed the company they offered a replacement but I have to pay the shipping? I asked for a refund but they won’t give one

How about make good on claim of replacement if ripped! How about responding to multiple emails about such claim? My pup ripped ear in less than 20 minutes and shredded rope arms in about one hour.

Took an afternoon for my dog to destroy both toys. No response from the company yet. Again, wish that I had read reviews before buying. Update: still no response 2 weeks later. I'm going through my credit card company to get my money back

These dog toys are not indestructible as claimed . I purchased two for my dog for Christmas and within a couple of hours , the toys came apart. I have emailed the company twice and asked for a refund and have received no reply . Avoid and don’t waste your money !

First, these toys are not well made. My dog tore it apart within 15 minutes. But worse is the customer service. Guarantee says they’ll replace destroyed toys for free - not true! They want $8.00 to ship a replacement - that is not free. Also, they recommend a nylon toy - not safe; or rubber - not safe as pieces break off; or a rope toy - not good as they swallow the strings. These toys are no better than something from the local grocery store and the customer service is worse. I sent an email and received a canned “order a replacement” note. I then sent another note and received the exact same canned note. Avoid this site!

This product was clearly not the quality it was advertised to be. Very disappointed in the whole transaction, from how long it took to receive the product, poor quality of product, and very poor customer service. Do not waste your money on this junk.
