I bought 2 "indestructible dog toys (squirrel and duck) which my dog destroyed within 5 minutes. When I e-mailed their customer services I got an immediate-mail which seemed fairly reasonable: " Dear Customer, I'm sorry to hear that your dogs tore apart the toys you received. We understand your concern. As part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, we offer a toy replacement service. You can choose from more durable toy options such as nylon, rubber, or rope toys to replace the ones that were damaged." I replied to this asking for a refund - and within minutes got EXACTY the same response. 2 more messages elicited the same worded e-mail!!! They clearly know there's a problem and even have the automatic response ready for ALL e-mails addressed to the support (at wowpetsmart.com) address, in which they acknowledge that everyone contacting this address is complaining about dogs being ably to destroy their indestructible toys. I'm certainly not throwing any more money at them for postage - they must be stopped trading under false claims.

Customer service is automated and not responsive. Phone number is not real.

My dog had the toys arm ripped off in 10 seconds. Whole toy destroyed in a couple minutes. Do not buy from this seller. I did not want the toy relaced as it was not as advertised. Why would I want a replacement! Expensive lesson learned.

I bought 4 of these “indestructible” toys for heavy chewers. All of them were ripped open after first playtime. Claims are absolute rubbish. When I sent a phot of the destroyed toys, which they say they will replace, I got a coupon code for a discount off next purchase. Obviously there won’t be a next purchase. This is a total scam. Save your money and don’t buy from this company.

I wish I had checked reviews before buying. My chocolate lab killed it in 5 minutes. Sent an email to them and haven’t heard back.

False advertising! Toys are easily destroyed. The “free” replacement they offer isn’t free - it is $8.00. Replacement toys offered were nylon - dangerous; rubber - easy to destroy; or rope - pieces ingested easily. And I’d have to pay shipping on them. Avoid avoid avoid!!!
