SCAM... NEVER got a thing.. (month).. No Phone contact. No email. SCAM !! STAY AWAY !!!

Ordered some dogs toys - on a Buy One Get One Free deal. They took a while to arrive and when they did they didn’t honour the BOGOF promotion - upon seeing this and the low quality of the toys I sent a email on the 02/01/25. Still no reply. I Hope no one else will fall for this Con. doesn’t look like they are even bothered about replying to their disgruntled customers on trustpilot, worrying!

Delivery time was way over the stated one. The packaging was the cheapest i have seen in a very long time and my boy ripped both toys within two minutes. Not worth the wait nor the money. Also customer service was non existent. Very disappointed!

I ordered these products under the promise that they are virtually indestructible and safe for dogs. In less than 5 minutes the toy was destroyed and my dog was eating the filler. They are extremely cheap and the entire experience is a scam. Don’t fall for it! Absolutely no customer service and the money back promise is a lie. Terrible. Do not send your money to this company. Obviously manufactured in China and probably a Chinese company.

The toy lasted 4 minutes with my dog. They guaranteed a refund but now no one responds to my several emails.Do not buy from them

Don’t waste your money. These toys are not indestructible! Toy quality is no better than any other I’ve purchased. I gave them as Christmas presents and my dogs destroyed them within 15 minutes!

I bought two of these toys and my dog destroyed them in 2 hours. Absolute scam. I emailed customer service and I have to PAY to get the new “free” toy.
