Your first order, WOW#2849, was placed on 16 September 2025 for B-12 Complex Liquid (Qty: 3) under a 3-month Subscribe & Save plan to receive a discount. A subscription confirmation email was sent at the time of purchase. Before the next order, you were notified 3 days prior, 24 hours prior, and again at dispatch, as per our standard process. The subsequent order, WOW#3555, was placed on 5 December 2025 and successfully delivered. All notifications from order creation to delivery were sent to your registered email. Subscriptions can be modified, paused, skipped, or canceled anytime by logging into your account. The $28 restock fee applies when an order is canceled after it has already been processed and shipped, in line with our policy.
