This company is very hard to work with! Trying to get a refund for a wig that looks nothing like the photo. The shipping charge of 30 dollars to return the wig to them is ridiculous they subtract out your refund total! I will never order from them again horrible company

What I notice is one, the term Ebony in there title, the implication being black women are their customer base, then I notice the rudeness and disrespect when our sistahs make legitimate complaints. Spend your money with black wig suppliers and don't be disrespected by those who will take your money and your dignity without concern that black women will walk away from their product. They should not address us as "Dear" or call us "scammers", they would not do this if speaking to fellow Chinese, where respect is expected to do business. If they speak this way publicly to us, what WORD are they calling us privately?

I have been a satisfied customer of WowEbony for many years, and decided to share my ongoing experiences with others, especially my recent order. I have ordered wigs from this company’s easy to order website forever due to their excellent customer service, and because of their wigs beautiful, soft, luxurious hair. I found a favorite that sold out, so I waited until it was restocked, ordered it, and have fallen in love with it all over again. It’s as beautiful as I remembered it, and more. Over the years I have ordered numerous styles, lengths, and colors, and have never been disappointed, or found the need to make a return. I will remain a repeat customer of this company due to all the above pluses. Try ordering from WowEbony; you won’t be disappointed. Max, in customer service, is the bomb!

Wish i didnt Have to put a star on here but oh well this company is a fraud do not buy from them bought a wig that is nothing like the picture contacted PayPal to get my money back was told to return the item however , it cost almost the price of the wig to return it so now I’m stuck with this plastic ass wig smh never again i will Stick with luvme hair customer service better and quality better waste of money smh Update : it’s not about sending it back it’s about paying almost the price of the wig to send it back that’s the problem I’m not paying $89 for a wig then paying $76 to send it back that’s dumb it’s ok u live and learn like i said Don’t order from this company it’s a scam and bs

UPDATE...MY MONEY WAS Returned TO ME AND I HAVE THE WIG THANKS PAYPAL... I wish I didn't have to give a star. Bought wig on 1/30 had to wait for their new years to get it and that was 2/16. Did cut the lace off until after it air dried so I actually started wearing this wig on 2/18. I work from home and I sit all day . This wig tangles and matts up . Max and Rita only offered me $20 for a wig I paid 197$ for Andi only had one day of wearing the wig with a slight tangle in the nap area and a smell. The next day I combed the wig and wore while at work and within minutes I had to take it off. I reached out to the company and they are trash only thing they kept repeating is their policy and stating that they can't resell a wig that the lace been cut, I was like why would you resell a returned damage wig? I asked why do you guys take off all the negative comments on this wig to make it appear like this wig got 167 100% review with no issues. They are frauds I bought many wigs from them. International crime to bad I can't post pictures

Received the order within 5 days because I ordered on a Friday night so that was great, the seller kept me up to date on everything and I really appreciated that. For the pandemic to be going on and my package was delivered very fast I have to say I’m impressed! 5 stars there for sure. True to length, holds a curl well, smell free, and very minimal shedding, and the hair is very thick. Everything was accurate and I really have no complaints. the lace took to the bleach pretty well. Very satisfied for the price I payed and I’ll be back.

I purchased from Wow ebony for years as a loyal customer. I used to recommend them until I placed my order which I needed for a special occasion. I did not receive item due to the shipping company making a error in delivering my package. Once the shipping company was contacted my order was not received they contacted Wowebony to let them know my item was never received. Instead of WOWEBONY being a honest company they decided to do their "own investigation" and refused to provide me my refund for months and lied and said through emails I received my item. The shipping company provided me all the specs. Wowebony has their products insured with the shipping company in case of any accidents so it's up to Wow ebony to provide the refund. This went on FOR MONTHS. For months I thought it was the shipping company holding up my refund. Instead IT WAS WOW EBONY. AGAIN I bought from you guys for years as a loyal customer! How can your customer lie when The shipping company already did The write up and DOCUMENTATION OF THEIR OWN MISTAKE admitting to THEIR FAULT!? The shipping company recommended as well I don't buy from a company again that won't provide your refund and they did all they can do. You will take my money but not respect me as a customer. How can you treat loyal customers like that?

I have order my short cut wigs from on 5/24/21. I decide to reach out them on 5/28 about my order. Today is June 3rd, I haven’t received my order from them. I believe that this company is fraud because they don’t have a good customer service.
