To offer our customers 24/7 support, we required a team to provide triage and 1st response support outside of office hours. Wow24-7 have provided a solid, timely and well-engaged solution for one year now. The initial project was run very well and set us up to succeed using their wealth of experience. It was well managed with minimal disruption while ensuring a good collaboration. The back office team run monthly catchups to ensure the project continues to run smoothly. The agents providing the triage support are smart, courteous and timely with their work. They really are awesome. We have confidence in the quality of service and although we continue to review their work, have seen very high levels of accuracy in triage and very quick responses, with our typical response time dropping from 40-50 minutes to 3 minutes. From our experience, we highly recommend Wow24-7 as a partner.
