Purchased a worx screwdriver , brilliant little tool, had it about 4 years but now it will not work battery fully charged but press trigger work light comes on but driver is dead. Contacted Worx to send it back in for a non warranty repair and was told that they only repair in warranty tools and suggested I purchase a new one or find a local repairer, what terrible service I find I can buy a battery screwdriver 3 times on line for the price of one Worx screwdriver so go on line but one if it breaks throw it away and get another , cheers Len

I'd had a worx leaf blower/collector for about 10 years and replaced it with their latest model. Unfortunately, they've made a number of changes to the design, most of which are negative. The new bag release is great but the mechanism to remove the blower tube is impossible to work, the bag now has a zip on the bottom only, so the leaves don't drop out and the leaf blower is absolutely hopeless - there is no point in using it. I'm really disappointed, mostly because they had a great product and have thrown it away. Do not waste your money on this.

Ik heb drie maaiers tegelijk gekocht van Worx elk met een oppervlak van 500 m2. Ik heb er gloeiende spijt van. Áls ze maaien oké maar ik moet elke dag vier of vijf keer naar buiten omdat een van de maaiers zich ergens heeft vastgedraaid. Als ie namelijk ergens een tikje moeite heeft graaft ie zich onmiddellijk in in plaats van eens een paar meter achteruit te rijden en het eens anders te proberen. Het gaat 20 cm achteruit en dan weer vol vooruit. Net als een auto die verkeerd uit een slip wordt gehaald. Resultaat: steeds vaster ingevreten in het gras en weer een melding. Ik kocht ook een magnetische off limits. Helemaal waardeloos. Ik legde die om een trampoline. Precies volgens de richtlijnen. Maar telkens duikt ie onder in het gat van de trampoline. Resultaat: melding mower lifted. Ik breng volgend jaar de hele zaak naar het stort en ga fatsoenlijke maaiers kopen.

Last week we purchases a Worx 400W XL circle saw. It looked very nice, but when I started to use it for the renovation of my stairs, it showed to be a disaster. It was not possible to make a straight cut an I even spoiled a overlay for my stairs. I got my money back and went for the Bosch version. What a difference. Leave the Worx in the shop and get yourself a Bosch!

No UK customer service or no UK website, how bad is that? I have got most of the WORX range of tools but have no means of ever contacting them if anything goes wrong.
