Have purchased 2 sets of Worx tools they worked ok for about 5 years. The last was their discontinued 56V series. Now the batteries have died and to replace them will cost more than 2 tools I purchased. I will buy another string trimmer & lawn blower, but it won’t be a Worx product. They don’t support their products with replacement batteries long enough.

Ordered a lawnmower, this was subsequently lost by DPD, when it was eventually delivered it was broken. Nearly a month in I’m still taking with worx trying to get it picked up so that I can be refunded.

Wat een slechte service van Johan/Worx. Na een overwintering in de schuur werkte de robotmaaier niet meer. Na contact opgenomen te hebben, was de conclusie van Johan dat ik de hele maaier maar even moest opsturen. Op eigen kosten! Later kwam ik er zelf achter dat een nieuwe accu de oplossing was. Het enige wat ik daarna wilde, is dat de accu vergoed werd. Nou, dat kon niet. Dat doen ze pas na 3 reparatiepogingen. Volgens mij heb ik Worx een hoop kosten bespaard. Als ik dat hele ding op had moeten sturen, hadden ze er veel meer kosten aan gehad dan het vergoeden van de accu. Maar op dit moment ben ik als gebruiker niet meer dan lucht voor Johan/Worx. Mails worden compleet genegeerd. Nul reactie! Beste Worx: Laat het stukje support maar weg achter de naam. Jullie bieden totaal geen support namelijk.

I bought a 14" electric chainsaw a few weeks ago. On the plus side, it does work pretty well from a cutting standpoint. Surprisingly powerful and a good alternative to a petrol saw when you are working close to the house. Unfortunately, the downside is it leaks bar oil like a sieve. I did read a few reviews that noted leaking bar oil but it wasn't all that many so I figured I'd take a chance. But it didn't work. It leaks bar oil really badly, more than I've ever seen anything leak oil before. Absolutely if I had known this was going to happen I would not have bought it. The amount may not look like a lot initially but it's from the cold saw just sitting and dripping. When it's actually running the amount is a great deal more, it goes all over the floor and will get onto whatever you are wearing. So, if you can get one that doesn't leak then it's going to be great, the issue as far as I can see however if you have no way of knowing in advance. I would recommend you consider other saws under the circumstances.

I have had no problems with Worx support; to be fair they have responded in good time and provided solutions. My concern is the quality of the product. I bought a robot lawnmower wr141e in 2022. It is hugely disappointing and a dreadful waste of money. Even after buying every attachment making the whole purchase not far off £1000, it still hits objects at random, churns up the grass in large patches, and most frustratingly, sends erroneous error messages and then doesn’t work until I’m home and can reset it. I have followed every instruction and recommendation and worked out some workarounds for myself. The bottom line is this product isn’t fit for purpose. Don’t be tempted!

Thought I'd pay extra and get what I thought would be a reliable strimmer, my very first line spool, after less than 10 minutes use the line breaks. I took the spool out of the strimmer and the line inside the spool had welded itself together, couldn't find the end so had to cut the line to free it, told worx on Facebook, no response. It does it with every spool I replace a complete waste of £120, steer clear, I won't touch any other products of theirs with a barge pole. Steer clear.
