The company just do not respond to emails. Have been trying to register my warranty without success. I now have no confidence in them if things do go wrong.

Misleidende reclame! Worx komt met een actie via bepaalde leveranciers, maar leveren nooit het gratis onderdeel dat je krijgt als je het product koopt. Je belt en mailt met Worx, maar wordt telkens afgescheept met leugens. Echt een waardeloos bedrijf, dat criminele praktijken gebruikt om geld te ontvangen van de consument!

Service - wie gewohnt zum wiederholten Mal - unterirdisch -. Mäher während der Garantiezeit (nach 1/2 Jahr) genauso defekt, wie eingesendet, aus der "Reparatur" zurückerhalten. Keiner nimmt sich der Sache an, keine Rückmeldung, trotz vollmundiger Versprechungen zu schneller Klärung. Nach einer weiteren Woche des Wartens immer noch keine Rückmeldung!!

I purchased a Worx cordless lawnmower and it was defective right out of the box. I noticed that something was wrong because the electrical cord from the start button to the motor was too short. I could not assemble the handle because there was not enough slack in the cord. I detached the cord from its clip and tried to assemble the handle. Then I saw that the handle was entirely out of alignment with the frame. You could not lock the handle in position. It was loose, and it could collapse or flip out of position. When mowing uphill, that would let the mower roll backward onto me. So I didn’t risk my safety trying to get a defective product to work. Now I have to go through the hassle of returning it. Worx is the wrong name for this brand. You might say nothing Worx.

My new mower suddenly stopped working and after troubleshooting online with worx representatives for 3 days warranty is void because the receipt was faded and difficult to read . I could read it but in the photo I sent they couldn't read it so my new mower lasted 2 months and now I'm stuck buying another mower obviously not worx related. I have a new Worx mower WG751. The mower works fine but it is almost impossible to get the battery out. You need to hold the release button and try to pull it out. I have slender fingers but still cannot get my fingers along the sides to pull it out. Someone with big fingers could not possibly get the battery out. I do not understand how this machine got from the designers to the manufactures to the distributors. It should be recalled!!!!

Ça y est après 1 an et demi. Les outils worx que j'ai acheté lâchent les uns après les autres... (Taille haie, taille haie perche, tondeuse) L'assistance worx est lamentable, voilà bientôt 2 mois que j'essaie de faire valoir la garantie légale de conformité. Sans résultat. Les outils ne sont de base pas chers, mais un très mauvais investissement sur le long terme.

Worx.com is pretty much useless. All Worx batteries are out of stock. Ordering through this website is virtually impossible. Customer Service is of no existence. I am very disappointed with Worx although I own many of their products.
