Good finish examples

5 Stars for Alisa
I worked with Alisa a couple years ago to order new desks for my office. I reached out again last week as I wanted to make sure we ordered matching desks. Alisa was quick to respond (I was glad she was still there) and emailed me a quote the same day. Assembly needed and movement within my work building
My belief was that for a small piece of furniture, for $491.95 and $397.74 shipping, that I would be delivered, to my office, an assembled piece of furniture. I feel misled and now have the issue of having to assemble furniture at work.

We're sorry to hear that you were expecting something different than advertised. We ship direct from the factory using national truck carriers. Here is what our Inside Delivery service states: This service includes liftgate service and limited threshold delivery. The freight driver will lower your shipment to ground level and bring the complete shipment inside the first set of doors to your building. The driver will not bring items up any stairs or beyond the first set of doors. You may still need to assist the driver with extremely large or heavy products. Drivers do not provide White Glove Delivery. Once inside, no additional services will be provided (e.g., removal of items from the pallet, room placement, package disposal, etc.).

I work at a school and we lost a key to our keys to our display case. Adejumoke (Jumie) Olaibi in customer service was so helpful!! Jumie contacted the company and is having them send us replacement keys. It was a very positive experience!
