I'm dissatisfied with my experience with this company because there was an issue with my purchase getting sent to the wrong address and my number that I had put down in my info was somehow changed and every time that I try to resolve the matter I feel like I'm getting the run around.

I’m not a tattoo artist, I just bought 2 of the products as a gift. My review I’ll be only on my ordering experience, and not the product itself. Had a good/bad experience.The great experience was that I had order 2 if the same items, and the company email me asking, if I had order 2 of the same product by mistake. Which It was not a mistake, but good for them on making sure there was no error on my part. The bad experience was that they only shipped me only one of the products and not two. So I had to email them back and told them about the problem of the missing item. They reply and told me that they were going to do an investigation and ask me to send them pictures of what a have received. They did send me my missing product which it didn’t take long, and it was great. The reason I didn’t give them a 4-5 stars and only 3 was. That they don’t have a number, everything it’s by email or messenger. I don’t have messenger because I don’t have Facebook. So getting in touch with them was a hassle. They made it right but I wish they have a better way to contact customer service.
